Hell, some of you might not even need to wait until midterms because of 2025 special elections. Every seat in the House that is projected to be up for grabs is red.
It should also be noted that turnout for “off year” elections is almost always lower, and House Speaker Mike Johnson is already contending with one of the narrowest margins in US history. If House Republicans want to successfully further Trump’s agenda, they need to be in lockstep because there is next to no room for defection.
If you live in Florida or New York, take a couple minutes to look up who your representatives are. If it’s Matt Gaetz, Michael Waltz, or Elise Stefanik, you might already have the opportunity to do the funniest shit imaginable.
